Returns & Refunds policy

We hope you love your Scent of Honey Candles. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• the item was purchased within the last 14 days;

• the item is unused and in its original condition;

• the item is returned in its original packaging.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

• custom-made or personalised products;

• candles that have been burned, used, or damaged after delivery;

• products returned without their original packaging.

Handmade & Natural Variations

As each candle is handmade from natural beeswax, slight variations in colour, texture, scent, and finish are part of the unique character of every piece and are not considered defects or grounds for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method used for the purchase.
